David Grondin

President, CEO & Director

Mr. Grondin is a seasoned capital markets professional and mining executive. He has more than 25 years of advisory and leadership experience having begun his career in 1996 as a financial analyst and then moving into management roles at both public and private companies. During his career he has organized and structured numerous equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture partnerships and strategic alliances.

His experience in exploration and development project management and his global vision of the market promote a dynamic approach. as a leader on two occasions two deposits were discovered on sites which had previously been judged to have no potential (Carheil and Monster Lake). In both cases, a systematic approach to recompiling and reinterpreting existing data as well as the contribution of new exploration technologies led to the discovery and profitable sale of these assets.

Julien Desrosiers

COO – European Operations and Director

M. Desrosiers is a multifaceted leader whose expertise spans across the realms of chemistry, risk management, finance, and mining exploration. Beginning his journey with a background in chemistry, he delves into various fields, each contributing to his diverse skill set. Transitioning into risk management, Julien lead the development of new parametric insurance products for the energy sector. He then moved into the mining sector as an investor and portfolio manager. To understand mining at its core, he pursued further studies in diamond drilling, winning the diamond driller of the year award from CFP, and mining management. He then worked as a financial analyst when he moved to Europe and was involved in IPOs and project financing.

He founded multiple successful junior exploration companies and is currently serving as CEO of Edelweiss Resources and sitting on executive boards. Additionally, his commitment to sustainability in the mining industry is reflected in his contributions to various publications, advocating for responsible practices and environmental stewardship.

Arnab De

CFO

Mr. De is a seasoned mining executive with nearly 20 years of experience in financial management, mine financial planning, business optimization and strategy development. He is the principal of Resurgent Montreal Inc., a financial management consulting firm. Prior to that he served Tata Steel for 19 years, last occupying the position of CFO at JCAPCPL (a 50:50 JV of Tata Steel with Nippon Steel) producing automotive steels. Prior to that, he was appointed as the CFO for Tata Steel Minerals Canada in 2011, where he oversaw the DSO project from conception and gained plus $1.3 billion in investment funding. Being a CPA from Canada and a CGMA from U.K., Mr. De presently acts as Chief Financial Officer for a number of public companies.

Martin Nicoletti

Director

Martin Nicoletti is a certified general accountant with more than 32 years of experience. He has been involved in global exploration activities with public junior mining companies since 2004. His duties include financial controls and financial reporting. He presently acts as chief financial officer for a number of public companies.Prior to that he served Tata Steel for 19 years, last occupying the position of CFO at JCAPCPL (a 50:50 JV of Tata Steel with Nippon Steel) producing automotive steels. Dominic Voyer

Director

Mr. Voyer has over 20 years of experience in the fields of finance, marketing and corporate management. He began his career in finance before becoming involved with a mining exploration company with nickel concessions in Quebec’s far north, and later with a management consulting firm specialized in project management, restructuring, analysis and improvement of business processes. This experience led him to manage a diversified group of companies operating in the financial, service, manufacturing, mining and real estate sectors. Most recently, Mr. Voyer has been involved in every aspect of the biofuels industry.

Wayne Isaacs

Director

Mr. Isaacs has had a 25-year career on Bay Street specializing in the resource sector, both as a corporate executive of resource companies and as an investment banker. This extensive experience has allowed him to successfully identify and acquire significant resource assets and secure the financing required to support exploration, development and mining activities for his operating and investee companies. He has been involved as a principal in 30 listed companies and has served as a director and/or senior officer for over 35 listed companies. Mr. Isaacs is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and has held numerous securities certifications and licenses.
